What You Will Get To Do
Develop innovative approaches to analyzing weapon system data with statistics and data analysis to help sustain and maintain the Minuteman III (MMIII) weapon system.
Analyze failure and performance data across ICBM subsystems.
Develop engaging visualizations and reports to show MMIII data trends and results.
Prepare presentations and reports to brief Northrop Grumman and Air Force leadership on the status of weapon system assessment and risks.
Participate and lead risk management of weapon system parts and subsystems.
Dynamically engage with AF customers to meet their needs and provide insight for sustainment of the ICBM weapon system.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of experience (or 0 years with master’s degree) for Systems Engineer level.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Must successfully pass Enhanced Security Clearances within reasonable time.
1 year of experience in Air Force or other DoD weapon system sustainment enterprise.
1 year of experience with data analytics, automation, or coding.
6 months of experience with ICBM, Aerospace, or DoD program demonstrating leadership, interpersonal skills, and written/verbal communication.
For Principal Systems Engineer level: 5 years of experience (or 3 years with master’s) and 1 year with PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Air Force’s Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
Experience using advanced data analytics tools to provide enhanced insight into weapon system conditions.
Experience managing risks for a weapon system.
Experience working with government customers.
Dynamic personality for customer interactions.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Salary Range: Primary level $79,300.00 – $118,900.00; Secondary level $98,400.00 – $147,600.00.
