Store Manager – Westchester, New York
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Store Manager in our Westchester, New York location and ensure that the LEGO Brand, vision, and values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions. You will empower the team around you to drive sales while providing a signature experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, overcoming obstacles, supervising business processes, maintaining impeccable merchandising and cleanliness standards, and enhancing efficiency and profit through sound operational practices.
Be a role model for guest experience by ensuring the execution of our service model, completing mystery shops, enhancing repeat business by creating NPS promoters, and coaching sales associates to consistently deliver exceptional branded experiences.
Lead and develop a highly productive, collaborative team through recruitment, coaching, and performance management; inspire signature experiences and provide continuous product knowledge and service training.
Ensure team members articulate LEGO brand experience, unlock potential using the LEGO Core Proficiencies, and build bench strength for future growth by identifying and developing top candidates for promotion.
Collaborate with peers, partners, and others to drive business performance and create a positive, cooperative working environment.
Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
Qualifications
Proven management experience in a retail environment.
Point of Sale systems expertise.
Loss prevention and cash management skills.
Recruitment, selection, and training experience.
Scheduling and payroll management.
Performance management and conflict resolution skills.
Space management and visual merchandising expertise.
Effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders; lifting at least 30 lbs.
