Developing and implementing cutting‑edge behavior intervention plans.
Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers.
Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes.
Bringing creativity and compassion to every session, making a lasting difference.
Who We’re Looking For Must‑Have Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
CPR certification – a bonus for preparedness.
Spanish‑speaking – enhances communication with diverse families.
