Job Description
The SAP OTC Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and configuring the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) module while ensuring seamless integration with related SAP modules. This role supports full lifecycle SAP implementations, provides expert-level troubleshooting, drives continuous improvements, and ensures efficient OTC processes across the organization. Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements related to order management, pricing, ATP, intercompany processes, billing, and accounts receivable. Design and configure the SAP OTC module to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between OTC and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FICO. Lead or participate in SAP OTC implementation projects including configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Provide expert support in resolving OTC-related issues and troubleshooting system errors. Develop and maintain documentation including OTC processes, configuration details, and user guides. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users. Stay updated on SAP OTC advancements, best practices, and industry trends. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize OTC processes and enhance overall system efficiency. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Requirements
10+ years of experience working with the SAP OTC module in implementation, configuration, and support roles. Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, particularly in OTC, SD, MM, and FICO modules. Strong understanding of order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of delivering SAP OTC projects on time and within budget. SAP OTC certification preferred but not mandatory. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience managing onsite/offshore resources. Experience
Minimum 10 years in SAP OTC implementation, configuration, and support. Qualification And Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
