Role Overview We're in search of an exceptional
Senior Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer
to join on the ground floor of a startup that is growing exponentially.
Key Responsibilities
Full-stack development: build full-stack, user-facing features rapidly with high quality
Product Leadership: collaborate closely with the product team to ideate and iterate on features that provide maximum value to our users
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with team to scope, implement, and refine features, shipping high quality code on a weekly basis
Technical Vision: drive the overall technical vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring our technology remains cutting-edge and adaptable
Artificial Intelligence: enthusiastic about AI and actively learning how to apply its technologies
Mentorship: mentor junior developers, review their pull requests, and champion extremely clean, well organized code
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a software engineer
Experience with some of the following technologies: TypeScript, React, Node.js, NestJs, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Next.js, Tailwind
Must have significant and recent experience with the following technologies: TypeScript, React
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive them to completion
A product-first mindset with a keen eye for detail and user experience
Passion for solving complex workflows and drive for continuous learning
Will be a good fit for our cultural values: enthusiasm, quality, velocity, and helping others
Currently within 1 hour of commuting distance from our NYC office (near Madison Square Park)
Currently already authorized for work in the US
Compensation Salary: $150-200k per annum, commensurate with experience.
