Oracle OIC & Fusion Technical Architecture Lead

Responsibilities
Serve as the Technical/Integration resource for Oracle Cloud implementation integration and reporting projects; work within the Oracle Cloud ERP technical workstream (OIC, PaaS technical architecture, integrations).
Act as the Technical SME – advise and guide clients on design, strategy and industry best practices.
Demonstrate experience within Oracle Fusion Cloud in areas such as SOAP/REST web services, FBDI, Business Objects and Business Events, BI Publisher, OTBI, BPM, groovy scripting and infolets development, and integration tools such as OIC, SOA Suite, ODI, JCS/VBCS/OACS, DBCS.
Lead bank integration efforts and BPM/EDI projects, connect Oracle Cloud ERP with established financial institutions.
Manage full project life‑cycle: requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, go‑live and support.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in OIC integration.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and associated integration technologies.
Experience with APIs, ESBs, middleware, web services, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath.
Familiarity with integration patterns, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker).
Experience implementing integration solutions to connect SaaS applications.
VBCS / Apex experience.
Solid problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience leading teams and working in agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Extensive hands‑on Oracle Fusion experience.
Experience with PaaS and other middleware and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, Dell Boomi or WSO2.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools beyond the core stack.
