Responsibilities

Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base

Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client

Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly

Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home‑buying process when needed

Lead follow‑up

Follow the team plan

Attend team trainings

Sales scripts and CRM mastery

Qualifications

Team player who believes their success is the team’s success

Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis

Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself

Currently licensed in real estate

Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies

Great communication

Real estate license required

Compensation Compensation:

$140,000 per year
