Fixed Income eTrading Support Sr Analyst – Assistant Vice President
Join Citi in our Fixed Income Rates eTrading production support team. Your responsibilities will be aligned to supporting eTrading platform and tools that the front office business & traders’ needs to facilitate our franchise within Citi, providing exposure to the entire breadth of Rates technology. We are the first line of technical defense and work closely with Trading, Sales, Operations, Risk and Controls to operate stable platforms.
The successful candidate will manage our suite of core Rates (G10 and Local Markets) applications, troubleshoot user issues, drive engineering initiatives, improve process workflows, and eliminate toil through automation.
Requirements
Direct Front Office Support Experience: 3+ years providing technical support directly to Front Office within a financial institution.
Financial Product Expertise: Hands‑on experience with financial products, with a strong preference for Fixed Income/Rates.
Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience in a Linux environment, system administration, bash scripting, relational databases.
Production Support: Knowledge of incident handling procedures (identification, triage, escalation, communication, troubleshooting, resolution, post‑incident review).
Education: Bachelor’s or University degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Communicating directly with US Govies, IRD, Repo traders.
Experience with eTrading platforms, market connectivity using ION, order management and lifecycle.
Understanding of Bonds, Swaps, Repo, trading, risk and pricing.
Python, Grafana, Linux, SQL, KDB knowledge.
Incident management experience with ServiceNow, JIRA.
Location & Compensation New York, NY, United States – Full‑time. Salary Range: $109,120 – $163,680.
