Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Tiger is working with an investment firm that was founded in 2005, and they are the leading fund manager across Europe with an office in the U.S. They specialize in credit and real estate. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant / Investor Relations Coordinator to provide support to the U.S. fundraising team. All candidates must have DealCloud experience and knowledge in Investor Relations roadshows.
Responsibilities
Coordinate complex calendars and promptly action internal and client availability requests.
Plan, execute, and lead global investor roadshows end-to-end.
Maintain accurate records using DealCloud for investors/clients and meeting activity.
Coordinate onsite client meeting logistics ensuring room bookings, catering, technology and materials are aligned and actioned in a timely manner.
Assist with the organization and support of AGM event with key investor attendance.
Arrange complex global travel.
Ensure expenses are kept up to date and processed monthly.
Assist to prepare and distribute briefing notes, agendas, and presentations.
Produce and format PowerPoint decks.
Book and manage conference delegate pass and align travel.
Assist with investor conferences and all related events.
Manage oversight of production and timely distribution of printed materials.
Assist with projects and other internal and social events.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Investor Relations.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Confident and professional manner with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and others.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
Adaptable and open to change.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to operate effectively in a pan European environment, with colleagues overseas.
Ability to anticipate issues, problem solve and provide practical innovative solutions.
