Are you a proven leader with strong people skills and attention to detail? We’re looking for experienced banker to bring those skills to bear in the branch manager position with Horizon Bank. This role oversees all aspects of branch operation including service, sales, personnel management, and risk management.
The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and supporting new opportunities across all business lines of the bank and must be adaptable to the bank’s changing needs. They make timely, informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, constraints and risk, and help manage growth in core deposits and loans to meet or exceed budgeted financial results. The Branch Manager provides efficient, effective management of the branch, and ensures that customers receive Exceptional Service and Sensible Advice.
