Highlights of your role
Deliver and Connect: Ensure timely mail delivery and pickup for internal production and external Warroad locations.
Create and Maintain: Set up, program, and maintain bindery equipment, keeping everything in top shape for smooth production.
Keep Things Moving: Process daily mail accurately, apply correct costs and delivery methods, and provide helpful customer support.
Stay Organized: Manage inventory with care-keep it clean, organized, and up-to-date with quarterly audits.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
A dependable, self-motivated approach with great prioritization and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
A knack for problem-solving and mechanical equipment.
Comfort with basic computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.
Also want to make sure you have
A valid driver's license.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft programs, ICIM, and Outlook (helpful but not required).
Familiarity with mechanical equipment (helpful but not required).
