Base Pay Range
$125,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the tax compliance process, including the preparation and filing of 1120, 1120S, and 1065 tax forms.
Engage in tax planning to optimize financial strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
Provide leadership and direction to the tax team, leveraging 3‑5 years of management experience to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and financial goals.
Maintain great work‑life balance while driving results and supporting the organization’s tax initiatives.
Qualifications
3‑5 years of management experience in a tax‑related role.
Proficiency in preparing and managing 1120, 1120S, and 1065 tax forms.
Strong tax planning skills to support financial strategies.
CPA certification preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, full‑time schedule.

Additional Details This is a supervisory position, offering the chance to develop and implement strategic tax initiatives while leading a dedicated team of professionals.
