Electrical Engineering Manager Reports to: Director of Engineering
Compensation: $170 - $190K
We are a multi-discipline engineering and project services firm supporting industrial manufacturers across consumer products, food & beverage, chemical, and related markets. Our teams deliver full‑service project execution — from front‑end engineering through procurement support, construction coordination, and start‑up — with a strong focus on quality, safety, and long‑term client partnerships.
Your Role As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of electrical engineers and designers responsible for delivering high‑quality solutions for complex industrial facilities. This role combines technical leadership, project oversight, and team development — ensuring consistent execution across multi‑discipline projects while supporting strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department.
What You’ll Do
Manage and develop a team of electrical engineers, designers, and support staff
Provide technical direction and quality oversight on electrical engineering deliverables
Partner with project managers and discipline leads to execute multi‑discipline industrial projects
Mentor team members and support technical and professional development
Maintain and improve departmental standards, tools, and best practices
Support proposals, estimating, and other business development activities
Ensure compliance with codes, safety requirements, and regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer license required
Proven department leadership experience within engineering environments
Experience supporting industrial projects (manufacturing, chemicals, pulp & paper, or similar)
Proficiency with electrical design tools and engineering software – Revit experience is preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Engaged and hands‑on leadership approach
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
