Drafter/Detailer
We’re hiring a Drafter/Detailer to join a tight-knit team of engineers and steel construction pros. You’ll work on commercial and industrial steel buildings—drawing what gets built and collaborating closely with our in-house engineers, project managers, and fabricators.
Turn your technical drawings into structures that stand. What You’ll Do:
Draft detailed steel framing and fabrication drawings
Create structural plans (foundations, CMU, etc.) to support steel systems
Collaborate with architects, engineers, erectors, and internal teams
What You Bring:
2–3 years of structural steel detailing experience
AutoCAD expertise;
SDS/2 or 3D modeling is a plus
Associate degree in Engineering or similar field
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
