Responsibilities Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will support an unparalleled standard of care for our residents.
Qualifications To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: • An Associate’s Degree in Science, Nursing or related field. • An unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. • C.P.R. Certification and two (2) years of R.N. experience. • Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
