Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab | Richmond, VA Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care Setting Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care to our residents. Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations Ensure delivery of high‑quality care in compliance with regulatory standards Assist with staff education, development, and performance management Participate in care planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident satisfaction and clinical excellence Help maintain proper staffing, scheduling, and workflow across all nursing units Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) – active and in good standing in the State of Virginia Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to motivate and support clinical staff in a fast‑paced environment Prior supervisory or ADON experience preferred Why Join Shalom Gardens?
