Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier dental care that makes our patients beam with joy, sticking to the highest standards of practice.

Team up with the Director of Dental Services to set and refine our groovy dental policies.

Dive headfirst into quality improvement and boost performance like a superstar.

Mentor, lead, and inspire our dental ancillary staff in a culture of learning and growth.

Be ready to tackle emergency dental care when scheduled—it’s your time to shine.

Get pumped for community health events and promote oral health awareness like a pro.

Jump into the Performance Improvement Program and show off your skills.

Take on other awesome duties as assigned, keeping the Legacy Community Health mission alive and kicking.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited dental school.

Hold a valid Texas dental license.

Be experienced in Medicare and Medicaid Programs, plus other reimbursement programs.

Show off professional clinical dental experience in general practice.

Possess authoritative knowledge of dental techniques and practices.

Proficiency in Spanish is a big plus.
