Join DaVita Kidney Care as a Registered Nurse – Acute in a hospital setting, delivering compassionate care to patients facing end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Base Pay Range $39.00/hr – $53.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provide care in multiple acute nephrology therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, and Apheresis.
Serve as the central member of a small interdisciplinary team within ICU, CCU, ED, or similar hospitals.
Oversee patient groups, coordinating with patient care technicians for observations, vitals, and machine set‑up.
Adapt to shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call assignments.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical goal setting.
Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; B.S.N. or equivalent diploma acceptable.
Successful completion of a pre‑employment color‑blind test (accommodation available).
Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is an asset.
