Pay Information $2,500 to $2,600 per week

About The Position

Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative nursing care to patients throughout the surgical process.

Prepare, organize, and maintain the operating room, ensuring sterile conditions and equipment readiness.

Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members during operative procedures.

Anticipate surgical team needs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.

Monitor and document patient vital signs, anesthesia response, and intraoperative events accurately.

Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and aseptic protocols.

Assist with patient positioning, surgical counts, and equipment management.

Participate in call rotations and provide on-call support per assignment requirements.

Support surgical turnover and ensure readiness for subsequent procedures.

Maintain professional communication and documentation standards at all times.

Job Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN License (required)

BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

3–5 years of recent OR experience required

Multiple prior travel contracts preferred

Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and operating room procedures

Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment
