The Opportunity We’re looking for a compassionate
Part‑Time Optometrist
to support our mobile care operations in
Las Cruces, NM
and surrounding areas. This highly flexible, low‑frequency role is perfect for a provider seeking extra income, a change of pace from a traditional practice, or meaningful work that gives back.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision evaluations
Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions
Prescribe corrective lenses
Educate patients and facility staff on preventive and routine eye care
Deliver warm, respectful care tailored to geriatric populations
What Makes This Role Unique
Low frequency: Just 1–2 visits per month
Work‑life balance: Predictable weekday schedule (approx. 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
High‑impact care: Serve seniors and vulnerable populations who often lack access

Doctor of Optometry (OD) with an active New Mexico license
Experience with geriatric populations or mobile care a plus
