Responsibilities Join a highly focused team where we analyze and optimize the performance per watt of our next‑generation solutions using innovative technologies, methodologies, and tools. This will involve simulation, emulation, modeling, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in design, verification, architecture, SW, and pre‑ and post‑silicon test. You will build and innovate new processes along the way. Your talents will be applied to ensuring customer requirements in PPA are measured, analyzed, understood, and creatively exceeded. This includes:
Developing scalable power models for IPs and SOCs
Creating and maintaining the tooling and automation for use‑case power and perf/watt estimation and architecture exploration
Required Skills And Experience We are seeking experienced engineers for a multidisciplinary role. Ideal candidates have experience in power analysis, modeling, or are motivated engineers with transferable skills from verification, SW, emulation, or design backgrounds.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++
System‑level power modeling and performance/power trade‑offs
Experience with low‑power architecture, power optimization, and power management
Proven track record working with data‑driven modeling frameworks
Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and interpersonal skills
Nice To Have Skills And Experience
Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Knowledge of database design and management (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with power estimation and analysis tools (e.g., PowerArtist, PrimePower, PowerPro, Joules)
Background in machine learning or data analytics for modeling and prediction
Knowledge of hardware/software co‑design, system modeling, or architecture exploration

Salary Range:
$191,100–$258,500 per year
