From droughts to floods to sanitation systems, Stantec’s Water team designs fit for purpose solutions to all facets of the water infrastructure life cycle. The role of a Project Engineer with our Water Team is a dynamic position well suited to an individual who is good at managing multiple tasks and deadlines and working with multi-disciplinary teams. The candidate may be working independently on smaller projects or providing support to a team of professionals on larger projects. The candidate should be able to evaluate, select, specify, and engineer systems or products for a project, and will perform a variety of tasks which may include calculations, design sketches and concepts, report preparation and field work. Projects assigned may be broad, varied and diverse in scope. Our group is involved in a wide range of water infrastructure projects, including sewer and water main of both large and small diameter systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
