Electrical Superintendent – Mission Critical Location: Austin, TX

Salary:

$100,000 – $160,000 annually

Employment Type: Full‑time

About Us We are a rapidly growing full‑service electrical contractor providing a vast portfolio of services throughout the western electrical business region.

Responsibilities

Manage 2–4 crews or major electrical projects ranging from 15,000–100,000 man‑hours or $5M–$25M.

Supervise 2–4 or more supervisors and lead up to 70 employees across one or more sites.

Independently initiate and manage projects.

Deliver daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction at the highest standards.

Recruit, train, and develop foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.

Maintain constant focus on safety and work with industry‑leading equipment.

Demonstrate and embody company values: PACT—People, Advance Process, Community, Trusting Relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years’ experience managing high‑dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams.

2–4+ years of prior supervisory experience.

Experience utilizing prefabrication.

Current Colorado State electrical journeyman license.

Willingness to travel to various job sites with incentives.

Strong leadership, development, and recruiting skills.

Motivation to pursue LEED and NICET II certifications.
