As the Sr. Co-Manufacturing Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of the production plan at Ghirardelli’s third-party Co-Manufacturing facilities, as well as development and implementation of SOPs to assist with training new hires. This will require you to build strong relationships with Ghirardelli’s Co-manufacturing vendors to meet deadlines and ensure premium work is being accomplished. Qualifications In this role, you will be responsible for issuing PO’s, reporting production, and maintaining inventory integrity at, to and from those locations using SAP. Cross departmental relationships are key, as you will also be working with various internal Ghirardelli departments such as: Demand and Supply Planning, Deployment, Accounting and Finance. You will also be the subject matter expert in all processes and procedures, allowing you to develop and train on SOPS. You will assist the Co-Man Managers with new item setups and item transitions, with a goal of minimizing waste through detailed inventory management across all items and locations. Production Reporting and Scheduling · Coordinates and prioritizes Co-manufacturer’s production schedules based on product need and availability · Ensures Ghirardelli provided materials are synchronized with production schedules and creates stock transfer requests to fulfill needs · Reports and records production at co-manufacturing locations · Matches and approves invoices from co-manufacturers Inventory · Ensures that adequate inventory control is maintained at the Co-Manufacturers · Determines the need for physical inventories at Co-Manufacturer locations and reconciles variances to ensure accurate inventories of raw and finished goods · Freezes, keys, reconcile and posts physical inventories · Generates Stock Status Reports, Production Reports, Schedules, and Stock Transfers when needed · Compiles, prioritizes and tracks WIP's, purchase orders and Bills of Lading of all materials for Co-Manufacturers · Keys, reviews, verifies, codes and posts stock transferred received co-manufacturing sites General Responsibilities · Assists with systems network implementations and changes relevant to the Co-Manufacturing department · Effectively build relationships with external co-manufacturers, traveling to sites occasionally and collaborating on projects · Leads the development and implementation of SOPs and training of new hires · Assists Co-Man Managers in various activities such as new item setup and item/component transitions · Focus on continuous improvement through policy and process updates, work to streamline and add efficiencies where needed.
