About the Role As Egglife’s FP&A Manager, you will advance financial planning processes, build analytical models, and drive continuous improvement in finance and accounting. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will prepare financial information for internal and external statements, provide in‑depth analysis, and support key leadership in decision‑making. You will also develop close relationships with finance team members and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions

Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and assist in creating presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and frame decisions.

Provide analysis, management reporting, planning, and accounting support to the growing business.

Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements, including lender and board reporting.

Build and analyze long‑term forecasting scenarios to inform management’s decision‑making.

Acquire, filter, clean, and transform data as required.

Dive deeply into financial data to provide additional insights, identify business challenges, and propose solutions.

Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior‑year expenses, proactively seeking improvement opportunities.

Design and develop financial models and reports to enhance forecasting and reporting processes; develop analytical frameworks for AOP and long‑range planning.

Coordinate with operational, sales, and marketing teams to manage the financial budget and forecasting processes.

Develop, monitor, and publish business performance metrics with variance and causal analysis and key insights.

Create and prepare financial analysis and coordinate activities of external auditors as needed.

Produce ad‑hoc reporting and special projects as assigned by the Executive Team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

At least 5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience, preferably in CPG Food & Beverage.

Highly computer literate with data mining and ERP systems; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Familiarity with standard accounting and finance concepts, practices, and procedures.

Solid knowledge of GAAP; CPA preference.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong people skills, and willingness to take ownership of new responsibilities.

Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective communication.

Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.

Business savvy with initiative and value‑adding mindset for the accounting and senior management team.

Expert MS Excel user; knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Oracle, Netsuite, and MS Power BI experience is a plus.
