We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales revenue growth and nurture distributor customer relationships within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications
Minimum of five years of direct outside selling experience.
Plastics industry experience preferred.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non‑standard work hours.
Effective stress management and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Job Responsibilities
33%+ time outside engaged in direct selling.
Achieve set sales goals.
Expand categories sold to distributors/accounts.
Update and provide monthly reporting to Regional Manager.
Update all pricing and communicate completed pricing with distributor/accounts.
Keen comprehension of pricing practices and calculation methods.
Create and act on individual strategy for each distributor/account.
Implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
Discover sales opportunities through market research.
Present products and services to prospective customers.
Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
Monitor competition within assigned region.
Submit quotation requests and manage revisions and renewals.
