Itawamba Community College
campuses in
Fulton, MI ,
Tupelo , and
Belden, MS . The position is hands‑on, high energy, and ideal for a candidate who is passionate about delivering quality food service. The role includes managing the Fulton campus dining hall, Chick‑fil‑A, and a retail grill, while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
What You'll Do
Oversee day‑to‑day operations.
Deliver high quality food service.
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
Develop strategic plans.
Create a positive environment.
Ensure Sodexo standards are met.
What You Bring
Strong employee engagement leadership and prior supervisory experience.
Culinary production experience with a solid background in safety and sanitation compliance.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and provide excellent customer service.
Flexibility to prioritize tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficient computer skills and report management experience (external candidates excluded).
