Griffin Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. As part of our community, you'll be working in a fun and fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to learn valuable retail and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding products for their home improvement projects
Manage
a department Provide exceptional customer service Assist on the cash registers for back-up as needed Maintain a clean and organized store environment Work with customers throughout the store
(Paint, Plumbing, Hardware, Garden, Tools, BBQ, Housewares, Electrical) Requirements: No education requirements Full-time schedule Overall general knowledge and/or experience in HOUSEHOLD hardware, garden, paint, plumbing. Full-time position requires being available to work all hours the store is open (Monday-Saturday 8am to 7pm; Sunday 9am-6pm) Benefits: Employee discount Vacation & Sick Pay (Full-time) Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance (company pays 50% of the employee "base" plan) (Full-time) 401k plan with match after waiting period (Full-time) Company Introduction
