4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Our client, a global multi-family office RIA, is currently recruiting for an individual to join up with their Client Development team, responsible for sourcing and onboarding ultra-high net worth clients to their private wealth platform. This team plays a crucial role in growing the firm's UHNW clientele base and connecting them with the firm's investment and advisory solutions. As a Senior Analyst on the Client Development team, you’ll help drive growth by turning research and market intelligence into actionable business opportunities. Sitting at the intersection of investor sourcing, portfolio analysis, and private wealth strategy, you’ll play a key role in connecting the firm's private wealth platform to entrepreneurs, investors, and families, with the ultimate goal of growing the firm's ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clientele base. Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through deep market research and proactive sourcing. Monitor fundraising, M&A, and liquidity events to identify prospective ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients and partnerships. Leverage data tools (e.g., PitchBook, Salesforce, SEC filings) to inform business development strategy. Analyze client and prospect materials to uncover insights and recommend tailored engagement strategies. Collaborate with client teams to craft customized materials and articulate the firm’s value proposition. Measure and refine outreach effectiveness through reporting and ROI analytics. Maintain and enhance business development resources and playbooks. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or related financial services. Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills (Excel and PowerPoint proficiency). Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment.
