Technical Project Manager , you’ll bridge engineering excellence, customer success, and manufacturing innovation—driving end-to-end product development that delivers high-quality thermal solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of projects from concept or design development through mass production and post-launch optimization
Drive alignment across engineering teams (mechanical, thermal, electrical, firmware), manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to ensure flawless execution
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation
Proactively identify and mitigate technical and scheduling risks; elevate critical issues and coordinate cross-functional solutions
Act as the primary technical point of contact — translating customer requirements into actionable engineering plans
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management and customers
Work closely with sales teams to cultivate business opportunities with existing accounts
Guide design reviews and risk assessments across all project phases—concept development, prototype testing, engineering design, system build, integration, and testing
Ensure DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly) principles are applied to meet functional, reliability, and cost targets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and optimize processes
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, and progress reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in technical project management, business development, or related roles
Proven track record successfully managing complex technical projects from concept to completion
Experience with ODM/OEM product development, preferably in thermal solutions, consumer electronics, or mechanical systems
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and supplier collaboration
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and project documentation
Working knowledge of mechanical design principles, including CAD (PTC Creo, AutoCAD) and FEA tools (ANSYS)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams
Collaborative team player with analytical mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced technical environments
