About the Role SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) to join the NPD group. The STPM will serve as the glue within the team, aligning project direction and decision points with key members from all business disciplines and will partner with the design manager/engineers to deliver NPD products to market. The STPM is responsible for the WHAT that is being delivered; design managers/engineers are responsible for the HOW.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 5* products to market.
Ensure global teams are aligned on project direction, schedules, and status.
Maintain project schedules, meeting retailer requirements and progress to plan.
Communicate complex technical challenges to non‑technical cross‑functional teams and support the project team on technical activities.
Provide regular presentations to senior stakeholders.
Manage budgets and drive financial performance of projects.
Collaborate with Engineering/TPM team throughout the lifecycle.
Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration, positive demeanor, and entrepreneurial nature.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in project management or engineering role (project management experience preferred).
Demonstrated experience managing projects through entire lifecycle (preferably plastics or consumer products).
Engineering background and hands‑on approach.
Strong presentation and communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders or executive team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience in budget management.
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and limits.
SolidWorks or CREO experience is a plus.
Fast‑paced, challenging environment experience.
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $89,300 – $166,800 USD. Pay will be based on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
