What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Independently manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple executive-level enterprise programs
Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports
Prepare program documents such as roadmaps, plans, scopes, schedules, and governance structures
Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and identify mutually beneficial outcomes for the business
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology projects within complex organizations
Experience managing executive stakeholders
Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly
Demonstrated change management skills and experience
Exceptional communication skills for conveying program and project status to executive-level stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex projects
Passion for unblocking business, product, and engineering teams to achieve their goals
Ability to tactfully communicate sensitive information
