Develop target‑state and transitional architectures aligned to business and data strategy; support the team with data‑related user requests and determine scope, time estimates, and system impacts; review business, programming, coding, test plans, documentation, and implementation plans for accuracy.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable and reusable data services, APIs, and integration patterns; provide technical support to production systems by addressing reported issues, anticipating maintenance requirements, and ensuring end‑user functionality; draft documentation for system, end‑user, and operational purposes (technical specifications, application designs).

Drive complex involvement in the software development lifecycle, including creation, enhancement, implementation, and evaluation of solutions and software; define and implement best practices for metadata management, data quality, lineage across the master data lifecycle; ensure high availability, performance, security, and compliance of IDME MDM solutions within multi‑cloud or hybrid environments; lead proofs‑of‑concept, technical evaluations, and architecture reviews; support Informatica upgrades and guide developers and operations teams in adopting Informatica SaaS capabilities effectively.

Serve as a technical resource for management, associates, and business units; may require 24/7 on‑call support via rotations.
