Director of FP&A | PE-Backed Climate Infrastructure
Arco Talent Group has been retained by a rapidly scaling, private equity‑backed climate infrastructure platform developing and financing large‑scale, capital‑intensive projects across the U.S. The company is undergoing significant growth, supported by institutional investors and long‑dated commercial agreements that require a sophisticated, forward‑looking finance function.

Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for a high‑growth infrastructure platform
Build, own, and evolve integrated financial models spanning development timelines, revenue drivers, unit economics, and cash flow
Partner with the CFO on capital planning, liquidity management, and financing readiness
Prepare materials for investors, lenders, and the board, translating complex project and operational dynamics into clear insights
Develop KPIs, monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and performance analysis for executives
Collaborate cross‑functionally with development, operations, commercial, treasury, and accounting teams
Establish scalable FP&A processes, systems, and controls as the company grows
Manage and develop a small FP&A team, with scope to build out the function
Ideal Background
7–12+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, credit, or project finance
Experience in asset‑based, capital‑intensive, or project‑driven sectors (infrastructure, energy, renewables, sustainability, or similar)
Strong integrated modeling and scenario‑planning skills
Exposure to investor/lender reporting or structured financing environments
Ability to operate in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial settings with high visibility and ownership
