Registered Client Associate
on this team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and support within the wealth management space. You will work closely with Wealth Managers and Client Relationship Managers to ensure a seamless client experience and provide administrative and operational support to meet client needs effectively. Only candidates with active/required FINRA License will be considered.
Primary responsibilities include
Client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth/ultra HNW clients.
Client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports.
Serve as a main point of contact for clients and anticipating needs.
Coordinate client meetings.
Process client transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Finance to resolve client issues and enhance client satisfaction.
Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials
Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar.
Previous client service and administrative experience within Wealth Management.
3+ Years of relevant industry experience.
Strong intrapersonal skills.
Series 7, 66 licensed (or 63/65) –
Required .
Skilled in building trust and managing relationships in fast‑paced, high‑touch environments.
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40, plus opportunity to earn overtime.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday.
Incumbent required in office 4 days/week with ability to work from home 1 day per week.
Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $41.69 - $52.88 hourly, plus an opportunity to earn discretionary incentives under the wealth manager compensation plan. Role is overtime eligible. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
