Job Description Registered Nurse Clinical Educators will educate end users and provide basic installation of Infusion Pump products. The role focuses exclusively on in‑servicing and education; there are no sales or bedside care responsibilities. The position is per‑diem, requiring travel and flexibility to fit your existing schedule, with a minimum availability of 2 weeks per month.
Responsibilities
Provide peer‑to‑peer education and in‑servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations.
Provide basic education on multiple Infusion products.
Assess customer‑specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.
Utilize clinical/nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns about the medical device.
Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to clients during and after in‑service assignments.
Serve as an education resource on the device.
Job Requirements – Registered Nurses
BSN highly preferred.
RN license required.
Minimum 2+ years of ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg, or critical care unit experience within the last 5 years.
Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) preferred.
Comfortable with basic software programs.
Experience with Pulse Oximetry Devices preferred.
Infusion Pump education experience desirable, but not required.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen.
Compliance with client and hospital vaccination requirements may be necessary.
Pay:
$36.00 – $38.00 per hour, varying with qualifications and competencies. The role offers a flexible schedule, travel opportunities, and the chance to grow in the medical device industry.
