Salary: $105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr (base pay). Permanent, full‑time position.
Responsibilities
Lead supplier quality assurance initiatives and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to maintain quality standards.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, processes, and procedures.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure supplier alignment with engineering and manufacturing objectives.
Support new product development by evaluating supplier capabilities and quality systems.
Provide technical guidance to suppliers for quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong background in quality assurance within engineering and manufacturing sector.
Experience with supplier management and compliance processes in the business services industry.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting quality data to drive improvements.
Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
