Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end sourcing for high‑impact roles (excluding final offer extensions), identifying, engaging, and delivering exceptional talent.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies with hiring managers and recruiters across English‑speaking and Chinese‑speaking regions, leveraging LinkedIn, niche job boards, and internal databases to headhunt hard‑to‑find talent.
Engage and evaluate candidates through outreach, pre‑screening, and interviews; summarize detailed candidate profiles with key differentiators and actionable insights.
Own the full sourcing lifecycle—review candidate queues, schedule interviews, follow up on feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Conduct competitor analysis and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies; provide data‑driven insights on industry trends, talent availability, and market dynamics.
Build and nurture talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs, maintaining robust candidate relationships for a steady flow of high‑quality prospects.
Maintain meticulous records in the ATS and sourcing tools, delivering regular updates on sourcing progress and key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
1–5 years of sourcing experience across diverse, non‑technical functions in an in‑house or agency setting.
Fluency in English and Mandarin required for communication with global teams and stakeholders.
Strong prioritization, multitasking, and organization skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, other platforms).
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to generate and present actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
Preferred: 1+ years of experience sourcing in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments; proven success with high‑volume requisitions; stakeholder management skills; adaptability and resilience in global, rapidly evolving organizations.

Job Information Compensation
(Hourly): $29–$50. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or restricted stock units. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year, and 17 days of paid personal time.
