Project Construction Manager – Maryland Location:

Summary The Construction Project Manager provides detailed and diligent work supervising and ensuring quality workmanship of roofing, siding, gutters, and window installations. As a Project Manager, this position is the face of the company responsible for managing installation crews onsite, communicating with clients, resolving any issues, and completing all required post‑install actions. This role is critical to ensuring that every installation runs smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage project installations and coordinate with crews and clients onsite.

Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of materials and processes.

Ensure that everything under contract is performed on site.

Sweep for nails and debris; take and upload detailed installation and post‑installation photos.

Perform roof tarping, shingle pulls, repair videos, and other activities during the insurance adjustment process.

Request online reviews (Google, Bing, BBB) from clients and take pictures for review sites.

Ensure 24‑hour resolution to any client questions or concerns.

Support installations by obtaining extra materials, plywood, etc.

Notify clients and project leadership of project status.

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities The position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience

Associate degree with three (3) years related experience, or five (5) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and organizational skills.

Detail oriented with strong time‑management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work at heights and climb ladders up to 40 feet.

Ability to repeatedly lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50–75 lbs or more).

Ability to work in various physical positions and outdoor weather conditions.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations This position requires the ability to be placed on the company truck insurance in order to operate a company vehicle. No other certification, licensure, or registration requirements.

Work Environment
