Job Opportunity BHSI has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Analyst, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering data-driven insights that support strategic HR initiatives across compensation, benefits, and workforce analytics. Reporting to the Head of Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations, this role will partner with global HR teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, optimized reporting, and enhance decision‑making through analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for data, and the ability to translate complex, disparate information into actionable insights.

Duties & Responsibilities HR Analytics & Data Management

Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources

Maintain data hygiene and accuracy across HR systems

Ensure data integrity through audits and system checks

Design, develop, and deploy HR reports to deliver actionable business insights

Identify and implement standard reports and dashboards

Prepare ad‑hoc reports and presentation materials for HR initiatives

Analyze and interpret HR data for stakeholder presentations

Evaluate people data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Perform diagnostic analysis on HR metrics

Collaborate with global HR teams to optimize data quality, delivery, and reporting

Develop quality control practices for transactional HR data

Support HRIS upgrades and testing

Compensation & Benefits Support

Conduct market research and analysis on compensation practices

Support and analyze the annual compensation review process

Create compensation models and ad‑hoc reports

Partner with Finance, Payroll, and HR Operations

Act as subject matter expert for HRIS compensation and budget modules

Analyze benefits data to identify trends, usage, and cost drivers

Provide global benefit renewal analysis support

Prepare reports for HR and leadership on benefit utilization and effectiveness

Create and distribute clear communication materials about benefit offerings

Assist with new country benefit implementations and open enrollment processes

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, compensation, or benefits analysis

Experience working in a global HR environment

Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Experience in HRIS systems and data management platforms

Prior involvement in HR system upgrades or implementations a plus

Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices

Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to stakeholders

Experience with data cleansing, audits, and maintaining data integrity

Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

The base salary range for this position in Boston is $75,000 to $90,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
