We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Consultant
to join our
Technology Advisory
practice. This role is ideal for a technology professional who combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking and project leadership. The Senior Consultant will work closely with managers and directors to deliver client engagements across
IT strategy, due diligence, system selection, and digital transformation
initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of key workstreams, manage day‑to‑day client interactions, and guide junior consultants while contributing to the design and execution of tailored technology solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, IT challenges, and opportunities.
Lead portions of client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable recommendations and technology roadmaps aligned with client goals.
Contribute to the development of proposals, deliverables, and strategic presentations.
IT Strategy & Assessment
Support and lead the development of multi‑year IT strategy roadmaps, assessing the current IT environment and defining future‑state solutions.
Evaluate IT governance, infrastructure, applications, and security to identify opportunities for modernization or optimization.
Conduct benchmarking, cost analysis, and maturity assessments to support technology investment decisions.
Project Delivery & Oversight
Manage project workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with scope.
Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to track milestones and manage risks.
Support or lead implementation of structured project management frameworks and contribute to post‑project reviews.
IT Due Diligence & Transaction Support
Participate in private equity or corporate due diligence engagements, analyzing IT spend, organizational structure, and capability maturity.
Develop insights and recommendations related to post‑acquisition integration, cost synergies, and technology improvement opportunities.
System Selection & Implementation Support
Lead elements of the IT system selection process by defining business requirements, evaluating vendors, and facilitating stakeholder consensus.
Provide input during implementation phases, supporting testing, change management, and post‑launch stabilization.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing feedback and supporting professional development.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
3–6 years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, or project management, preferably serving private equity or corporate clients.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications, data analytics, and digital transformation.
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading workstreams within multi‑disciplinary projects.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or COBIT are a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
Hybrid or remote work arrangement; travel up to 40–50% as needed.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,500.00 - $157,600.00 per year.
