You'll work on advanced space systems using your VHDL and FPGA skills, with full design ownership and direct customer engagement. And you’ll take on technical leadership without being bogged down by management admin.

What you’ll do Design and develop Microsemi based FPGA solutions used in space systems for a variety of applications. You’ll contribute to all aspects of the full product lifecycle: from requirements development, through preliminary design, critical design, prototype, test, and production.

You’ll have full design discretion and responsibility for projects, and the opportunity to engage directly with customers, manage and mentor more junior staff, contribute to internal R&D initiatives and strategic direction, and more.

What you’ll need

Strong experience in VHDL and FPGA design, with a track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Knowledge of circuit analysis and firmware development, allowing you to design complete systems.

Experience designing for extreme environments, such as space, where reliability and performance are critical.
