Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters and pre-litigation claims. Oversee all aspects of litigation matters, including e-discovery, fact-finding and analysis, witness preparation, depositions, case management conferences, and motion practice. Draft and edit legal papers, including pleadings, briefs, declarations, discovery demands and responses. Collaborate with outside counsel and internal partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and legal strategy. Respond to third-party claims and subpoenas. Basic Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school and member in good standing of the New York bar. 4+ years of litigation experience, with significant exposure to general commercial disputes and IP litigation. Additional Qualifications:
Exceptional legal writing and editing skills. Proven ability to manage complex litigation, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Superior judgment and professionalism to resolve legal issues quickly. Prior experience at or representing media companies is preferred.
