Responsibilities
Manage all stages of the market research project cycle including: Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides Overseeing data collection and ensuring strict quality control Identifying and writing up analytical findings Visualizing and reporting quantitative and qualitative findings Report writing and taking deliverables to the next level Working with marketing research software packages Help to proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships Mentor and manage junior researchers on the project execution and client management process Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organization, and ability to plan and implement both strategic and tactical project timelines Be a collaborative, positive team member with a commitment to the company\'s strategy and reputation
Qualifications and Requirements
Exceptional hands-on research expertise, including questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization and creative report writing Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed Passion to learn, achieve and accomplish great things Willingness to coach and train junior researchers and to be mentored by senior colleagues Proficiency with technology and social media, online market research methodologies and software platforms Ability to extract meaningful insights from qualitative and quantitative data and to tell a compelling story with data Creative data visualization and reporting skills Interest in unlocking consumer insights to support agile decision making
What we look for in candidates
University or college degree 5+ years of relevant, hands-on experience, preferably with a supplier-side organization Background in Technology or Financial Services Experience with end-to-end market research projects and varied methods Experience mentoring and managing junior researchers Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new tools Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation Strong client service orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000, with variations based on location and experience 401k employer matching Profit sharing plan
