Technology Companies Group Associate – BN, NY, SF, SV, DC
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking an Associate with 3 to 4 years of experience and a passion for high‑growth emerging technology businesses to join one of our offices in Boston, New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, or Washington, D.C.
We offer a competitive base salary of
$260,000.00 – $365,000.00
per year, with additional compensation including a discretionary merit bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant experience at a major law firm focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies.
Outstanding academic performance, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Resident in the San Francisco or New York office required.
Admission to the state bar of the office where the candidate will be located.
