About The Position

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support and streamline our end‑to‑end hiring process as we continue to scale our team in the fast‑paced world of fintech. You will coordinate candidate interviews, manage communications between candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a smooth, exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing logistics for candidates and interviewers.

Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and an outstanding candidate experience.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support all stages of the hiring process.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Ashby).

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations, processes, and candidate engagement.

Assist with greeting candidates visiting the office, employer branding efforts, recruiting events, and other talent initiatives as needed.

What We’re Searching For

1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (preferably in a fast‑paced or startup environment).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Ashby.

A growth mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

We Prefer If You Have

Experience in a tech or fintech company.

Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, or data tracking.

A passion for building strong teams and delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
