Sr. Financial Analyst – Business Planning & Analysis
About the Role We’re seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join our Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) team. This role supports Commercial Finance functions (Sales, Marketing & Innovation) and plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. You’ll work closely with leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations.
Prepare monthly variance reports for Sales, Trade Spend, and Gross Margin.
Analyze performance drivers and support strategic decision‑making.
Manage Net Sales planning and forecasting models for annual and ongoing cycles.
Oversee Marketing Budget tracking and ROI analysis.
Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements.
Support ad‑hoc analysis and strategic projects for Commercial Finance leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–6+ years of experience in financial or business analysis (CPG experience preferred).
Advanced Excel; experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI or similar).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
