Job Description Summary Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency for an executive or team by providing full range of secretarial, administrative and project support, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
Responsibilities
Routinely composes original correspondence for self and others and follows up on outstanding items for resolution.
Performs typing, filing, copying and recording of documents, letters or correspondence and creation of presentations for others.
Regularly coordinates and prepares timely and accurate reporting of data and information, working with other internal departments as necessary.
Routinely handles, reviews, or files contracts, agreements, and other confidential documents. Routinely engages in personal interactions requiring discretion and tact.
Coordinates and helps plan department-wide or other important meetings, including creating agendas and meeting materials, and taking minutes or notes.
Monitors department/unit's budget, identifies and attempts to reconcile or explain variances for supervisor's review.
Monitors progress on larger projects or independently manages smaller projects and initiates follow up actions to address delays or questions.
Manages calendar for executive or for team; exercises independent judgment to prioritize schedule items.
Screens incoming calls, resolves issues for self and others, and forwards only unusual situations to appropriate parties as necessary.
Coordinates travel arrangements; prepares, submits and follows up on resulting expense reports.
Posting Range $72,918.00 - $100,667.41
Education
High School/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience (Required)

4+ Years (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated PC skills and related proficiency with MS Office applications, internet, & intranet.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize workflow and exercise independent judgment.
Ability to assess a situation and determine appropriate action in absence of supervisor.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective diplomatic & communication skills.
Customer service orientation, ability to take initiative and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated scheduling, meeting/conference coordination and organizational skills.
Prior budget and project coordination, monitoring and follow‑up experience.
Compensation and Benefits The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
