Lead the development and execution of the financial strategy for Belgium & Luxembourg, ensuring accurate, timely reporting, forecasting, and insight that drive performance. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, providing commercial guidance, scenario modelling, and strategic input on customer deals, pricing, long‑term contracts and new service launches. Modernise the finance function through enhanced tools, predictive analytics, forward‑looking models and improved processes, transitioning to an insight‑driven finance capability. Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance across Belgium & Luxembourg, overseeing statutory accounts, audits, tax compliance, legal reviews and risk assessments. Lead, develop and motivate the finance function, creating a high performance culture with clear priorities and continuous development. Drive robust cash flow forecasting, debtor management, working capital performance and treasury oversight in collaboration with the Shared Service Centre. Lead and contribute to key transformation projects, operating‑model improvements, acquisitions and group‑wide programmes, assessing M&A targets and supporting integration efforts. You will ideally have

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related field (or equivalent experience). A recognised professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant. Proven senior finance leadership experience (minimum five years as Finance Director or equivalent) within an IT services or technology organisation with revenues of €200m+. Ability to build, lead and develop high‑performing finance teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Strong technical accounting expertise covering lease accounting, revenue recognition, SOX compliance and deep familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS. Experience in optimising finance, reporting and accounting systems. Exceptional communication skills, translating complex financial insights into clear, actionable messages for executive stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership strength, including team development, stakeholder influence and building strong cross‑functional relationships. Highly developed analytical, conceptual and organisational skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Track record of developing and implementing innovative financial strategies in partnership with executive teams. Comprehensive experience in commercial accounting, compliance, regulatory reporting and governance. Strong knowledge of Belgian legal and regulatory requirements.
