We are currently seeking a Professional Residential Handyman to join our team. As a Professional Residential Handyman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional handyman services to our residential customers. From minor repairs to major renovations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' homes are in top‑notch condition. Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks in residential properties.
Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Install and assemble various pieces of furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
Paint and decorate interior and exterior surfaces of residential properties.
Handle basic carpentry tasks, such as building shelves, cabinets, and window frames.
Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance activities.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Write, present, and sell your own estimates.
Requirements
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Strong ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Great attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Live within Northern Virginia area, preferably within our service territory.
